Abdel Rahman Hosein is the Global CEO of Droplets of Mercy, overseeing the organization's worldwide operations and strategic direction. He directly oversees our offices in the UK, USA, Turkey, and Malaysia, as well as our field offices in active program areas. With decades of experience in humanitarian leadership, he brings unparalleled vision and expertise to expanding our impact in the world's most vulnerable communities.
MOHAMED NOORANI
Chief Executive Officer, Canada
Mohamed leads Droplets of Mercy with a vision to expand humanitarian impact across the globe. With extensive experience in nonprofit management and a deep commitment to Islamic charitable principles, he drives the organization's strategic direction, builds key partnerships, and ensures that every program aligns with our mission of serving those in greatest need. Under his leadership, Droplets of Mercy has grown to serve communities in over 15 countries.
FAHME JAHAN
Director of Programs & Compliance
Fahme Jahan oversees all international programs and ensures that Droplets of Mercy maintains the highest standards of compliance and accountability. With a background in program management and regulatory affairs, he leads our field operations, monitors project effectiveness, and ensures that every initiative meets both donor expectations and beneficiary needs. His rigorous approach to compliance has strengthened our reputation as a trusted charitable organization.

Director of Development
Mohamad spearheads our fundraising and donor engagement initiatives, building meaningful relationships with supporters across Canada. His innovative approach to development has expanded our donor base and increased awareness of our humanitarian work. From major gifts to community campaigns, Mohamad ensures that every supporter understands the impact of their generosity and feels connected to the lives they're changing around the world.
